1.setup ymtc facility design standard (ymds/ymcs: ymtc master design standard/ymtc master construction standard) and keep update the standard.
2.draft fads (facility area data sheet) version 0.0, and keep update the document.
3.all level a system (cr/upw/wwt/g&c/planer) soo (sequence of operation) write down (sequence of operation).
4.setup and maintain the facility um (utility matrix), provide the system capacity of new fab or ramp up.
5.draft and write down the iq (tool installation) design and construction standard and update base on process and equipment upgrade.
6.all facility technical standard setup and update.
7.others related with facility technology development tasks.
任職資格:
1.upw expert;bachelor above, water treatment discipline or related discipline, more than 5 years semiconductor upw system design and operation experience, professional with upw system related spec and design standard, be master of upw system makeup technology and process. independent analysis and judgment ability on the upw system performance and problem solving.
2.wwt expert: bachelor above science and engineering background, water treatment discipline or related discipline, more than 5 years semiconductor wwt system design and operation experience, professional with wwt system related spec and design standard, be master of wwt system makeup technology and process. independent analysis and judgment ability on the wwt system performance and problem solving.
3.gas expert: bachelor above science and engineering background, or gas treatment related discipline, more than 5 years semiconductor gas system design and operation experience, professional with gas system related spec and design standard, be master of gas system makeup technology and process. independent analysis and judgment ability on the gas system performance and problem solving.
