職位描述：
job description:
1. focus on nimh rechargeable battery materials cost reduction and sourcing;
2. material price control and supplier selection mainly in metal parts commodity;
3. bench marking the suppliers capability and cost structure, the best practice and the market intelligence in the different material commodity;
4. metal parts material cost structure evaluation in depth;
5. support bu outsource/ in house integration project to work out the make or buy cost evaluation;
6. key raw materials (metals) price trend update and market analysis overview;
7. contract / agreement review & negotiation；
8. other work explained by the department supervisor.
requirements:
1. university graduate, good command in english communication;
2. at least 3 years of procurement in manufacturing environment and mainly handling metal commodity;
3. preferable has battery industry / ems manufacturing experiences;
4. strong negotiation skills and assertiveness;
5. demonstrate strong ownership of area of responsibility;
6. knowledge of general contract law, risk assessment and market pricing;
7. demonstrated experience in ms office applications, sap, and other project management and financial applications;
8. ability to travel as required;
9. station in: luohu guomao of shenzhen;
station in: luohu guomao of shenzhen;
department: group procurement
salary scale: rmb 8-10k per month
工作時間：週一-週五，8:00-17:00
按實際工資繳納五險一金。
且該職位屬跟深圳市人才交流中心簽訂派遣協(xié)議（不影響員工權益）
