responsibilities:
lead, develop and implement industrial process rationalization and reengineering for factory relocation and setup
define the scope, objectives and delivery methodology of the factory construction project
develop detailed critical paths, milestones, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reporting mechanism
invite tenders, evaluate construction vendors and facilitate the management to make right decisions in the company’s interests
closely monitor the factory design, construction progress, cost planning and budget control to be delivered by the vendor
provide professional advice on all critical factors which may affect the construction project, identify potential problems and loopholes, and recommend practical and timely solutions, aiming to ensure the whole project will be completed in a cost-effective manner as planned
requirements:
bachelor degree or above in construction / civil engineering or related disciplines
knowledge of manufacturing / industrial engineering is advantageous
at least 5 years relevant work experience in construction and civil engineering projects, with solid exposure in taking the leadership role for project management
proven track records to deliver work programs and projects with successful results within predefined time frame under tough conditions
strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving capability
good sense of accountability, integrity and result-oriented mentality
strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
good command of english
