Job Summary:
The Field Specialists work closely with the Manager/Supervisor to provide service for shop and field. This position interfaces directly with customer and sales personnel to ensure work to be completed is scheduled appropriately to meet customer requirements. This position is on call and has field and shop responsibilities depending on customer requirements and workload. This position provides quality professional service and customer support.
