工作職責:
1. Section safety index maintain, personnel and equipment safety system operation and maintain.
2. Personnel training plan execute and schedule control.
3. Equipment productivity improvement.
4. Equipment operation and maintenance OI set up.
5. Production line stability maintain.
6. Repair and maintenance budget control.
7. Cost saving and 2nd source evaluation.
8. New Technology transfer and capacity ramp up.
9. Equipment function qualification to support new tool model.
10. Capacity optimization.
11. Personnel job performance review and improvement."
任職資格:
1. Bachelor or Master in engineering related field.
2. At least 10 years (Bachelor) or ＞8 years (MS) seniority of high volume production experiences in advanced Thin Film equipment, min 3 years Fab Manufacturing/ Engineering managerial experienced is preferred.
