The general mission of the Communication Specialist at Innovation Campus
Shanghai is to enhance the visibility of Air Liquide Shanghai Innovation
Campus both internally and externally.
The tasks are as below:
- Decoration of the Campus, including posters, panels in labs, platform
and office area
- Communication tools updating and creating according to demand,
e.g. video making/editing; intranet news publishing; brochures or flyers
as if needed; Campus templates maintenance, e.g. letters, slides,
introduction etc.
- Supporting comms manager for projects, such as Showroom
planning and events setup, such as APAC events, joint events with
other entities etc.
- Maintenance of Campus Communication devices, keep it updated
and running with the support of IT
- Keep in touch with other teams to leverage resources and promote
the Campus internally
- Organize/support CSR and innovation related events and follow up
with event report and promotion e.g. Tree Planting Day, Women’s Day,
Children’s Day, OTP etc.
- Work with HR to enhance Campus reputation in talent recruitment
