Primarily focused on providing secretarial support to the Head of Senior Schools and other members of the Senior Schools Leadership Group ? Actively manage the diary for the Heads including the scheduling, organising, and prioritising meetings where necessary, including minutes taking and document preparation ? Prioritise and follow up on incoming issues, requests, and complaints addressed to the Head of Senior Schools with diplomacy and initiative. ? Be responsible for general administrative support to the whole School Section ? Assist with the purchasing process for resources ordered in the School Section ? Manage school attendance systems, ensuring accurate records are maintained and absentees are followed up in a timely manner; Maintain pupils’ records and databases as required ?
