Digital Marketing Analyst – Ecommerce and Consumer Marketing Knowledge
GP Batteries, location: Shenzhen
About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing marketing and ecommerce platform data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve GP Batteries digital campaigns and enhance GP brand online presence and sales performance include and not limited in China .
You will be responsible for turning data into stories and strategies that propel GP brand forward in the competitive digital market landscape. You will work closely with the internal marketing and ecommerce teams, external agencies and parties to implement data-driven campaigns and optimize our e-commerce platform for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Analytical Insights and Reporting:
● Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
● Consolidate competitor activities and new product launches, conduct detailed competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the China e-commerce landscape.
● Work with different departments, monitor and report on the performance of e-commerce campaign and daily operation, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Support:
● Review and analyze e-commerce KPIs, producing monthly reports for management and identifying trends and key insights, recommending and implementing solutions to drive marketing efficiencies and optimization.
Provide support for e-commerce activities as needed, assisting in both offline Media and online Media planning and operation to ensure campaign well delivered.
● Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Management Responsibilities:
● Manage external ISV agency to ensure adherence to strategic guidelines and oversee responsibilities on campaign or monthly basis.
● Functionally report to the Global Digital Marketing Director, with a dual role for local China e-commerce team.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, Information System, Statistics, Math, or a related field.
● 2 years or above experience in China e-commerce marketing operation or data analysis in marketing,
● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially on data solution tools (e.g. JD Shangzhi, Tmall Databank, Bytedance Yuntu), digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
● Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into effective marketing strategies.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. Cantonese is a plus.

主要職責(zé)
分析見解和報告:
1.分析消費者行為和偏好,以定制與目標(biāo)受眾產(chǎn)生共鳴的營銷策略。
2.整合競爭對手的活動和新產(chǎn)品發(fā)布,進行詳細(xì)的競爭分析,以識別中國電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。
3.與不同部門合作,監(jiān)督和報告電子商務(wù)活動和日常運營的表現(xiàn),為利益相關(guān)者提供可操作的見解。
協(xié)作與支持:
1.審查和分析電子商務(wù)kpi,為管理層制作月度報告,識別趨勢和關(guān)鍵見解,推薦和實施解決方案,以提高營銷效率和優(yōu)化。
2.根據(jù)需要為電商活動提供支持,協(xié)助線下媒體和線上媒體的策劃和運營,確?;顒禹樌M行。
3.緊跟最新的電子商務(wù)趨勢和技術(shù),推動創(chuàng)新,保持競爭優(yōu)勢。
管理職責(zé):
1.管理外部ISV機構(gòu),確保遵守戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)方針,并在活動或月度基礎(chǔ)上監(jiān)督責(zé)任。
2.向全球數(shù)字營銷總監(jiān)匯報工作,同時擔(dān)任中國本地電子商務(wù)團隊的雙重角色。
資格
1.電子商務(wù)、市場營銷、信息系統(tǒng)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
2.2年以上中國電商市場運營經(jīng)驗或市場數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗;
3.熟悉電子商務(wù)平臺,特別是數(shù)據(jù)解決工具(如京東尚知、天貓數(shù)據(jù)庫、字節(jié)跳動云圖)、數(shù)字營銷工具和分析軟件。
4.具有較強的分析能力和數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動思維,能夠解釋復(fù)雜的數(shù)據(jù)并將其轉(zhuǎn)化為有效的營銷策略。
5.優(yōu)秀的中英文書面和口頭溝通和表達能力。會說粵語者優(yōu)先。
