Job responsibility:
1. Strategic planning: Based on the company's overall strategy and market trends, developed and implemented the annual digital marketing plan and budget in China to ensure that marketing activities were closely aligned with the target market.
2. Project management: Implement the annual marketing plan by managing and optimizing various digital marketing channels (such as social media, search engines, content platforms, etc.), improve project ROI and expand brand influence.
3. Content Marketing: Lead third-party content creation teams, develop content strategies, produce high quality, engaging content, and enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
4. Data analysis: Use data analysis tools to track the effect of marketing activities, conduct data analysis and report, provide data support for decision-making, and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
5. Team collaboration: Cross-departmental collaboration, close cooperation with product, sales, customer service and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities and maximize results.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, advertising, media or related.
2. At least 6 years working experience in digital marketing
3. Proficient in the full link of digital marketing, have a deep understanding and practical experience in social media marketing (such as wechat, Weibo, Douyin, XiaoHongshu, etc.), content marketing, data analysis, etc.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills and project management skills.
5. Good bilingual skills in Chinese and English, able to communicate internationally without barriers.

2. 項(xiàng)目管理:通過管理并優(yōu)化各類數(shù)字營(yíng)銷渠道(如社交媒體、搜索引擎、內(nèi)容平臺(tái)等)落實(shí)年度營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃,提升項(xiàng)目ROI,擴(kuò)大品牌影響力。
3. 內(nèi)容營(yíng)銷:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)第三方內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作團(tuán)隊(duì),制定內(nèi)容策略,生產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量、有吸引力的內(nèi)容,增強(qiáng)用戶粘性和轉(zhuǎn)化率。
4. 數(shù)據(jù)分析:運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具,跟蹤營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)效果,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析與報(bào)告,為決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,并持續(xù)優(yōu)化營(yíng)銷策略。
5. 團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作:跨部門協(xié)作,與產(chǎn)品、銷售、客戶服務(wù)等部門緊密配合,確保營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)的順利執(zhí)行與成果最優(yōu)。
任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、廣告、傳媒或相關(guān)專業(yè)背景。
2. 至少6年以上數(shù)字營(yíng)銷相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. 精通數(shù)字營(yíng)銷全鏈路,對(duì)社交媒體營(yíng)銷(如微信、微博、抖音、小紅書等)、內(nèi)容營(yíng)銷、數(shù)據(jù)分析等有深刻理解及實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4. 強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和項(xiàng)目管理能力。
5. 良好的中英文雙語能力,能夠無障礙地進(jìn)行國際溝通。
