POSITION OVERVIEW職位概述
As a member of the digital improvement project implementation for Magna Mechatronics global Intelligence's internal supply chain, will provide technical support for the digitalization, intelligentization, project solutions, and implementation of supply chain systems across global factories.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責(zé)描述
86 Responsible for the preparation of software project plans, requirement analysis documents, blueprint planning and maturity analysis diagnostics related to the intelligent manufacturing supply chain.
86 Oversee the development execution and project progress tracking of software such as WMS, SRM, and CRM, including functional testing and validation.
86 Handle data preparation, hardware environment setup, and network configuration for the implementation of WMS, SRM, and CRM software.
86 Coordinate the development and integration of interfaces between WMS, SRM systems, third-party systems, and automated equipment.
86 Manage post-launch system evaluation, optimize deviations from the blueprint, perform secondary development, address system anomalies, and ensure the normal operation of all system modules.
86 Communicate user requirements, assess system implementation and operational issues for improvement, draft development requirement documents, revise system development files and training materials, and conduct user training.
86 Handle system deployment, verify the implementation of functionalities, address anomalies during the trial operation phase, and ensure the smooth launch and implementation of the new system.

QUALIFICATIONS崗位基本要求
86 Bachelor's degree and above, major in computer science, information technology, automation, or related fields.
86 More than 5 years’ work experiences in implementing MES/WMS/ERP/CRM/APS systems in the manufacturing industry, with familiarity with manufacturing system workflows.
86 Proficient in C# language, capable of skillfully developing WinForm and WebAPI projects using Visual Studio, and familiar with Python language.
86 With overseas project experience, developing information systems for the automotive manufacturing industry, or in data collection development for automated equipment is preferred.
86 Familiar with databases development and management (such as SQL server, PostgreSQL), communication interface technologies (such as WebSocket, Webservice, Web API, and TCP).
86 Able to develop front-end interfaces for PC and mobile devices using Vue, Uni-app, Power BI, and Fine BI technologies.
86 Have strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
86 Ability to travel on short notice, and fluent in English.
