NACIS is looking for a Boarding Supervisor to develop and support the weekly boarding offering at NACIS by providing programs, services and opportunities to promote student personal and artistic development through creating a holistic community that is conducive to student learning and individual development.

Role Specific 具體工作職責
61 Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dorm and managing the after-school life of the campus

61 To be familiar with and implement all boarding policies, guidelines, and handbooks.
61 熟悉并執(zhí)行所有的宿舍政策,指導(dǎo)方針和手冊。
61 Assist with scheduling of the dorm mentors and ayis
61 協(xié)助宿舍導(dǎo)師和阿姨的安排
61 Communicate residential issues to the administrative team
61 與行政團隊溝通居住問題
61 Supporting the school in the oversight and development of ECA’s and evening academic support
61 支持學校監(jiān)督和發(fā)展ECA和晚間學術(shù)支持
61 Overseeing parent communication and satisfaction
61 監(jiān)督家長的溝通和滿意度
61 Managing student welfare including discipline
61 管理學生福利,包括紀律
61 Assist with monitoring the academics of students
61 協(xié)助監(jiān)控學生的學術(shù)狀況
61 Encourage conflict resolution through mediation meetings and counsel
61 鼓勵通過調(diào)解會議和咨詢來解決沖突
61 Assist in enhancing the international, educational and social experiences of boarding students

61 Conduct student dorm meetings and groups.
61 組織學生宿舍會議和小組。
61 To be responsible to the Head of Boarding for the management of staff within the dorm team.
61 向寄宿部主任匯報并對宿舍團隊員工進行日常管理。
61 To provide induction for new staff appointed to the dorm team.
61 為新入宿舍的員工提供入職指導(dǎo)。
61 To attend a daily meeting to discuss routine and non-routine items.
61 參加日常會議,討論日常事務(wù)和非日常事務(wù)。
61 Attend a weekly group boarding meeting to discuss and share student/dorm progress, concerns, policies, operations, updates etc.
61 參加每周的集體寄宿會議,討論和分享學生/宿舍的進展,關(guān)注的問題,政策,操作,更新等。
61 Meet weekly with the Head of Boarding to discuss dorm progress and developments, concerns, operations, professional development etc.
61 每周與寄宿部主任定期開會,討論宿舍的進展和發(fā)展,關(guān)注的問題,運營,專業(yè)發(fā)展等。
61 To ensure that dorm duties are covered adequately at all times.
61 確保宿舍工作在任何時候都得到充分的履行。
61 To keep such records as may be required by the Operations Manager, and ensure that these records are up to date and accessible to staff.
61 根據(jù)運營精力的要求保存寄宿部的一應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù), 并保證數(shù)據(jù)的時效性,保證團隊其他同事隨時可以進行調(diào)閱。
61 To be in residence 24 hours before and after the commencement and termination of the school term. Holiday entitlement, apart from above, will be as per the published school holidays.“
61 在開學和結(jié)束前和結(jié)束后的24小時內(nèi)住校。除上述假期外,其他假期將以公布的學校假期為準。
61 To participate in any arrangements for the Performance Management of his/ her performance and that of other boarding staff.
61 參與任何關(guān)于他/她和其他寄宿員工的績效管理安排。
61 To attend school activities as directed by the Principal. This may include open days, school productions, school discos, sports fixtures, camps, trips and visits, which may take place outside of the normal working day including at weekends. A School calendar of such events is produced prior to the start of the school year, but is subject to revision with reasonable notice.
