Tasks: Support definition, implementation, and optimization of innovative processes and capabilities in the area of Source-to-Pay covering the external procurement of raw materials and finished products (trading goods) for Power Tools Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards Drive digitalization and automation in the Source-to-Pay process chain Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment Represent PT requirements on RB level Job Qualification: Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting or industry Extensive experience in procurement logistics and/or purchasing Advanced knowledge in SAP ERP MM and experience in SAP implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant) Self-Initiative Persuasive Power, Proactiveness
