RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Install, support and maintain new IT desktop systems hardware and software.

5. Provide user training at appropriate level

6. Complete and/or escalate user helpdesk requests timely for efficient resolution

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or above with major in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information management
本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)，信息技術(shù)，信息管理等專業(yè)
2. ≥2 years’ experience in IT System
兩年及以上信息技術(shù)運(yùn)維經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. MS Windows Servers, Services and OS.
熟悉Windows服務(wù)器操作系統(tǒng)與服務(wù)
4. MS Windows 10/11.
熟悉微軟Windows客戶端操作系統(tǒng)知識(shí)
5. MS Office 365, Exchange Online.
了解Office 365服務(wù)與產(chǎn)品技術(shù)，熟悉Exchange Online服務(wù)
6. AD, DHCP, DNS, Cisco ISE NAC.
了解活動(dòng)目錄、動(dòng)態(tài)主機(jī)配置協(xié)議、域名系統(tǒng)、思科ISE網(wǎng)絡(luò)準(zhǔn)入等技術(shù)
7. Network/Internet Technologies, networking and subnet networking.
了解基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)，熟悉子網(wǎng)劃分
8. Particular office software support.
熟悉常用辦公軟件的支持
9. Good people and communication skills (English, Chinese).
