61 Handling customer 0-km and field complaints.
61 Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
61 Component handling check in customer process related to Bosch products, improve/ correct customer process for Bosch products
61 Technical support customer and coordinate pre-analysis in customer plants.
61 Responsible for communication of complaints handling with customer, especial for SW issue.
61 Interface between customer and internal.

Required knowledge competencies and attributes：
61 Bachelors or Master degree, major in Electrical or Software related engineering
61 Over 5 years' experience in automotive industry (Experience in OEMs is priority)
61 Sound knowledge of TS 16949, FMEA, skilled in Problem solving process and 8D method
61 Customer complaints handling method, technical support customer experience, and SW related background is preferred.
61 Good communication and negotiation skills.
61 English oral
